Subscriptions

How subscription plans work

Some products may be offered as a subscription plan (for example a monthly delivery). Before you order, the checkout shows the price per delivery, how often you'll be charged and what each delivery includes. Subscriptions are always optional; one-off purchases are available too.

Billing

You're charged when you place your first order and then at the start of each billing period shown at checkout, using the payment method you chose. Each charge is confirmed by email.

Reminders before renewal

We email you a reminder at least 3 days before each renewal, with the amount and date, so there are no surprises.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time, with no fee: use the link in your order confirmation email, or email [email protected] from the address used for your order. If you cancel before the next billing date, you won't be charged again. Your 14-day right of withdrawal and our money-back guarantee apply as described on the Returns page.

Changes

We never change the price of an active subscription without telling you first by email, at least 14 days before the change takes effect; you can cancel before then.
