Accepted payment methods

Payments on our brand sites are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your country we accept:

• Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• BLIK
• Przelewy24

The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

How the charge appears on your statement

Card statements show KOTOH BRANDS (or KOTOHBR*), usually followed by the brand name. For example: KOTOHBR* DOBRA NOC. If you don't recognise a charge, email [email protected] before contacting your bank and we'll help straight away.

Prices

Prices are shown on each brand's site and at checkout, in the currency of that site, and include applicable taxes. The total you pay, including any shipping cost, is shown before you confirm payment.

Security

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment form. Kotoh Brands never sees or stores your full card number.
